Tony demands Bobby's car for a date. Bobby, like always complies,
but asks Tony insistently to give him a call.
Later, the clique around Tony drives up to their usual spot on the Verrazano Bridge ..
.. where they seek thrills in walking and dancing on the iron beams hundreds of feet above the water.
In this scene (which accords with the middle part of the song), Bobby is dangling from the bridge wires with the intend to impress Tony and the group.
He finally receives the attention he seeks. High above the Narrows, overlooking Bay Ridge and the tip of S.I.'s North Shore, Tony is reaching out for Bobby's hand.
But in a final mental breakdown, Bobby accuses Tony of never having called him that night.
